Project Manager & Alt Project Manager - Norseman

We are looking for an experience Alt Project Manager to join our team. The position is full time and long-term with full job security, holidays and sick leave accrued. You will receive ongoing support and training and enjoy th following benefits:

• Manage all project activities
• Manage the project budget
• Manage the commercial interests for Redpath
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders
• Communicate and liaise with the client representatives
• Manage the project resource allocation
• Implement and manage project changes
• Successfully manage the performance of all employees
• Develop and maintain a climate of 'innovation' where all employees can contribute to work methods that improve safety, productivity and profitability

• Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering (Preferred)
• Significant experience in a Project Management role working for a Mining Contractor
• Significant Underground Metalliferous Mining experience is essential
• Strong commercial acumen, task-focussed and results driven
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, costs and resources
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and conflict resolution skills
• A drive for continuous improvement
• Outstanding client relations management skills
• The ability to pass a police clearance and pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol tests
• A safety approach in keeping with Redpath's motto Safety - First, Last and Always
